MUVM It’s been a while.

While our beloved PM is struggling and people’s attention is on the 2013 Budget…

As planned, I have emailed the CV crap to both Josh and Caliberlink chap after the Budget, after Mr DPM said what I expected him to say relevant to my career search in parliament… You see, at least there is an imperial decree from the state. Though whether what Mr DPM said will be workable or not…

That’s another matter altogether.

The ball is no longer in my court.

Despite Josh expressed optimism and had chased me for the CV, this is still the land of fuck opportunities under the crap Meritocracy before the race to power can start. Before I get to deal with MOE and MOM, the local human resource situation will be rather… challenging and ridiculous.

I’d still have to tolerate all those useless morons in every department, certified and employed thanks to the fuck Meritocracy… and tolerating all those nonsense isn’t easy, especially for me. And yes… they stick to the nonsense, they will think they are so fucking right, and nothing will change… Sorry, PM Lee darling… you are probably out soon.

Don’t look at me.

You should thank Meritocracy. Your government is fucking stuck. You know it, I know it, and people are waking up to it.

Josh…

It’s not about trust whether he has anything to back his optimism up. To me, it’s either he does it or he fails. I never trust people, because no one can be trusted… even kin. In politics, the most important thing is not about trust… it’s about what works and what don’t. It’s about who will be strategic and what risks you’d be facing.

Probably I’d be disappointed, but no harm trying.

If it works, problem solved, buy him dinner in appreciation and sing his praises, and go on with a puny existence… till the world collapses upon itself. I don’t mind let TS knows what I intend to do… because it’s not against his interests… nor anybodies’. In fact, it’s for the good of everybody. He doesn’t need to trust me, just looking at how the workings go will suffice.

We are all good friends… no need to fight when we can work together.

Of course, I can’t decide how TS’d think. But it’s necessary that during which time, I stay out of those unnecessary troubles and morons… and let those stupid pigs fight among themselves for something that’d never belong to them. It’s not that I am not willing to assist the PM in his puny struggle… … but condition is such that… it’d really be much easier with the alternative. Besides, Meritocracy has rendered the PM so… … incredibly stuck. Yes, so what Mr Lee Kuan Yew is still around?

All our beloved PM darling needs now… is a little push, and he’s off the cliff. And don’t be surprised, he might end up be the one to push himself down the cliff…

Hilarious… But you have seen how he has pushed the Population White Paper…  …

Besides, he has his little cutie Tin Pei Ling and all those ‘super talents’, he’d never need anyone else. LOL~

So the game is set. Mr Lee Kuan Yew is watching, I am watching… while the zombies slash at each others. How entertaining…

[The Budget] Since the world is talking about it, Scope will briefly cover this stupid topic.

Budget 2013 is pretty critical because it shows PAP’s reaction to public hostility. I am using the word ‘hostile’ here because… the people are no longer that keen to waste time reasoning with a PAP that usually returns the favor with hatchets and stupid excuses and commands and veiled threats and ends up the entire situation has come to this… in THEIR views.

For me, it doesn’t matter.

Seriously, if PM Lee has been a little smarter… a little wiser… how can I end up be dealing with the mountains of governance issues later? So… somebody else’s poison is somebody’s gem.

This Budget… it betrays the current weakening position of the incumbent… it shows the future of governance… and… given my calculation… even if the cabinet realizes what to do, which is… the entire cabinet’s IQ level suddenly shoots to 200 overnight and they can finally deliver proper governance, that must happen in 2014… since 2015’s budget will have to be tailored for the election year of 2016…

PM Lee can probably understand how Premier Najib is feeling now. Malaysia’s election deadline is coming…

It’s about time to say ‘goodbye’ to Najib. While ‘there is no permanent enemy’ in Malaysian political culture, Najib’s enemies may not be of political nature. And he might have made too many enemies for his own good.

If we read the Budget carefully, the population can still well reach 6.9m by 2030 or 10m by 2050. The loophole is simple… simply converts the foreign talents to be Singaporeans, and to do that… we must beat down those crappier foreign workers in order to introduce more foreigners with degrees and with… money to go on with our ‘vibrant’ economic future, bla bla bla.

And who will be taking over those low-skill foreign workers?

If you check with CDCs, there are plenty of Singaporeans… lowly educated, lowly skilled, who can’t compete with the existing foreign talents… sheep to be exact, whose belief will be “$1,000 will be better than $0”. All you need to do is to psycho these assholes with crap logic and they will be forced to replace those lowly paid foreign workers in construction, security and other no-future rojak ‘careers’.

But of course, those are jobs Singaporeans don’t want to do.

So… the government will help the companies to attract those stupid Singaporeans to those no-future careers by paying for 40% of the wage increments. Besides, for construction companies, their businesses are location-bounded. Increasing the wage of local construction workers may increase the cost of building a castle in the air, but that doesn’t affect the company’s competitiveness beyond Singapore since they will source for native workers. So maybe some companies will be affected, the government could be hoping that they will adjust to that in the long run.

Of course, too bad for construction workers, they have no future because they can’t go overseas and compete with those super cheap labors… and their fate will be decided by the local employers… when Singaporean bosses are not known to be the best on Earth.

In fact, over the past years, construction sector has been trying to reach their claws towards unsuspecting Singaporeans for labor needs via some associations.

So the tap may be closed a little… but the real fight for quality jobs should escalate as those new citizens continue to come in armed with superior education papers from cheap universities and cheaper standard of living eager to fill up the PMET jobs, and they’d get to enjoy the 40% ‘subsidy’ from the government for pay raises.  And when they have made enough in those professional jobs worth tons of money, they are mobile enough to take the loot and leave Singapore…

Too bad for true blue Singaporeans…

The reason why the fight will escalate is because expansion of the SMEs will be limited when cheap labors are crunched, and with those expansions slow down, the chain of related companies will have to close or be down-sized. And all those non-laborious jobs which Singaporeans will like to do will be competed by New Citizens. And on the accounting, New Citizens are Singaporeans…

Hence, according to this plan, indeed… there will be ‘more Singaporeans’ at management level. And the levy rate categories already show you how ‘Meritocracy’ will work, how the government thinks. And Minister Khaw can go on preparing his flats for 6.9m ‘Singaporeans’.

Note that increasing levy rates for certain sectors doesn’t mean the tap is closed, and relatively… other sectors will still be dealing with foreign influx.

Hence the aim is really for ‘Quality and Inclusive Growth’.

Now the ‘Growth’ part…

Inflation is to be expected. Be it pumping $1.1b into transport companies to buy buses or pumping money to pay for pay raises, the effect is about the same… instead of going to the reserves, the government will be injecting money into the economy through government expenditures… for at least 3 years. As companies relying on cheap labors must fall, companies relying on New Citizens such as those in offices or other commercial buildings must rise… Where a factory or construction site or a shop can accommodate plenty of workers, offices can’t… You need cubicles, rooms… decent spaces for professionals.

While pumping in that much money won’t make a person have more hours beyond 24, it can help to fuel inflation. ‘Workfare’ scheme is actually a new way of defining minimum wage because an amount will be paid regardless of productivity rises or falls, but it’d not be from the employers but by the taxpayers. That means, whoever are paying taxes are sharing the risks of Singapore Inc. This increases government expenditure, injecting wealth into the economy without any need to refer to productivity.Which is why the scheme was there (since 2007), but the real income of the lower groups still falls.

It’s easy to explain. If you pay a poorly paid worker about $3,000 in lump sum a year, he will not likely use this money to ‘increase his productivity’ (eg) by paying for a tertiary education that can easily cost more than $6,000 a year. And that’s provided he has the time to do so.

So what will happen?

They spend the money… on food, on cigarettes, on clothes… and other harmless activities… and given such a tight market, when demand goes up, prices go up… When prices go up, employers make more per unit product of unchanged quality, they have more money to pursue properties… and justify increases of rentals…

And up up up you go~

Simple things made simple… courtesy of Scope.

Which was why when I scanned through the Budget… I laughed. When I read the ‘analysts’… I laughed at their cock-brains. When I read those smarties at EDMW and TR Emeritus… I laughed till hair pain.

The budget will not really improve productivity by much. Which is, those labor-intensive sectors will still be stuck…

SMEs are not global corporations, they can’t buy the top brains who will demand the top dollars for equipment and spaces, hence any ‘innovation’ by the SMEs will not be generally significant, and hardly will be competitive against global competition.

Look at Astar Singapore, they are at the pinnacle in Singapore in terms of research and development… how productive are they? When will they become Bill Gates, or that rotting Steve Jobs? How many Samsung do we have in Singapore over so many years under the Spring or EDB crap?

What do you think?

Of course, I am not interested in the property tax and what GST payout issues but… the concern about car loans at 5 years is actually pretty laughable.

Sis made noises…

This policy may look like it is going to cut vehicle population, but that doesn’t mean the middle income group will find cars not affordable. All the people have to do is simply to start a loan-shark company or… personal loan company, but instead of setting the rate at 20% you set the rate at 3~4% or 5% and loan out to those car buyers for 10 years. This will be paid to the banks or car dealers to settle half of the purchase…

Which means, if a car is selling at S$100,000, you borrow $50,000 from the loan-shark at 5% per year for 10 years to pay off the bank and has $50,000 to settled within 5 years, while you will be paying like about 8% of interest per year for the first 5 years (and 5% thereafter),  you can still own a car by converting part of your car loans to personal loans at a slightly higher interest rate but… minimum or affordable monthly payments covering 10 years.

Of course, it’d be best if you can use the personal loans of 10 years to completely pay off the car loans of 5 years thereby converting the loans into a 10 years contract. You can also borrow from two groups of loan sharks at 5% a year if no one loan-shark can loan you $50,000…

So if loan-sharks are smart, the ‘personal loan’ market will be booming very soon… LOL~

And if you can’t do it in Singapore… go Johor or Batam lah! You can service the clients in Singapore online.

Of course, by pushing the people to public transport… transport companies will have a good reason to demand fare hikes. Then instead of private cars, the road will be jammed by buses and taxis… … and ambulances and police cars.

The problem about Singapore is, major economic activities happen in a few concentrated locations, the flow of people traveling to those locations will still be that many with or without private cars. It’d be either the entire bus stop or train station is so fucking flooded that people can’t be loaded onto buses or… you will still need to increase taxis and buses and trains all packed into those places.

Then here is the hilarious part…

Taxi fares could go beyond the skies… or the buses will be so packed… that the tourists who come to Singapore will be wondering when can they get onto a bus at Orchard to Outram Park…

Then a lot of skilled mechanics in those repair shops will need to increase rates or be forced out of business. Of course, when people cannot afford the bigger and more expensive cars because they become doubly expensive to purchase… the smaller and cheaper versions should come into the market… and the road be flooded again now with those models. Then inflation will rise further again because the velocity of money shoots up.

Of course… I can be wrong.

So this is how I see it… and I don’t care how you see it. My problem?

Take One
Of course, assuming PAP is trying to be the better party after WP suggested a ‘sudden block’ to the increase of foreign ‘talents’, perhaps at 6m… the influx will be maintained at around this figure by Immigration (ICA) after a gradual increase of levies…

Which is, what is the point?

Assuming economic expansion has to slow that vacancies drop, bad situation will be aggravated that now even if cost remains constant real income falls and it becomes another sort of ‘inflation’. The problem of cost in Singapore is since the market is so fucking small, we are both stuck in global supply situation and domestic margin derivatives.

Once Singapore market takes in (eg) rice at $X, the cost for that shipment till a period of time will be $X as per contract, so cost will take more efforts to decrease. Besides, since we have only one city, the cost of chicken rice directly relates to how much the education cost is for the sellers to educate their children. And such costs are decided by the government… a non-commercial unit deciding the costs in medical care, transport, legal applications and so on are so… hectic.

To be honest…

We are actually quite stuck…

…thanks to Meritocracy.

And fuck Meritocracy.

By 2016… we can totally expect your dinners to be more expensive, no-future jobs increase relatively and… … it’d be election time! Then Low Thia Khiang will once again open his mouth and scorn PAP for bad management, and people will once again gather around WP’s grandstand…

WP will simply address the population with these lines…

“Vote for PAP, you vote for… …”

Then the almighty PM Lee will be forced to face the loud music… … and he be looking at Khaw who says, “Let me stay in the cabinet so that I can help more people…”

Of which PM Lee shalt reply… “With what? Your kidneys?”

Along the way, more scandals will blow… Meritocracy ensures only how ‘qualified’ you are via papers and other crap bases, not how competent or suitable for the jobs you are.  And Mr Lee Kuan Yew will sit in Istana where Tin Pei Ling will do what she is best at doing taking $16,000 a month…

…telling stories as Mr Lee turned his head away from the TV…

“Another GRC falls into the hands of opposition…”

At a corner in Singapore… a nobody from the Ministry of Love and Justice starts to get busy… … just as Singaporeans cheer for WP’s success and an era of another useless government breaks dawn. We all know who that nobody is…

The fight for Singapore’s survival then starts.

[Town Councils’ AIM] I only have this to ask…

Why the fuck do they need a tender and PROBABLY make residents pay more?

[Li Ye Ming Who?] Not interested.

[Ah Sing’s Rich Marry Rich] Minister Chan Chun Sing was recently flamed online. It’s about his talk that ‘rich marries rich’ in a video showing his interview talking probably about Meritocracy… or government’s inclination to give everyone an equal start since schooling.

Since Scope is a moderate…

Minister Chan’s interview is twisted beyond fact. Those morons are bombarding Chun Sing for being elitist in the interview when… all the fuck Chun Sing said was people should be given equal starts, and government wants the rich and poor to mix and marry, and he talked about other states’ social issues regarding this…

Many of the comments in EDMW and TR Emeritus are uncalled for.

I mean, if Chun Sing really was elitist in that interview clip, fine, toast him. But he was merely using a concept to illustrate a government’s stance. It was not even same as Khaw’s spoken idea that ‘people’s Medisave account is low because people are lazy’. The whole crap was so twisted and focus lost… …

Netizens… …

Of course, there are flamers out there, there are also people in here who will reason with you. If you don’t listen, that’s not my problem.

Richard was behind TR Emeritus. To me, he’s ok. But I really wonder how come the article is tailored in such a ‘flaming’ fashion this time round?

Sometimes people such as Chun Sing can be ‘misquoted’ when a concept is generally ambiguous, but this round… you don’t need a brain to know Chun Sing is merely talking about the negatives of ‘rich marrying rich’… which is really an issue, especially when cunts love money, and ‘government cannot regulate love‘.

I am not siding with Chun Sing, I am siding with common sense.

It’s very dangerous we have this sort of flaming because they epitomize a barbaric society after about 50 years of PAP governance, and it does nothing to help situation and only pushes for chaos. Which is… the only way to deal with such flamers could be equally barbaric… or denying of any reasoning.

You can only reason with reasonable people…

Then and again… if those jokers ain’t mad enough, how the fuck will they launch massive multiple smear campaigns against the fearsome PAP? LOL~

Angel CallsBasically, I am neutral to Budget 2013 since it won’t change much of the future.

Without reforms, Singapore’s ‘success’ becomes increasingly a weird antique of the Cold War… an useless relic now a liability that stuck in this survival game that the PAP has little hope of progress.

My love for Kate

My lust for power…

I have enough of stupidity mortals chew for a living. Now that the budget promotes productivity, after Douglas Foo gets rid of Andy Ong, how will Sakae Sushi innovate to such extent that it can expand as if there are still cheap labors flooding in?

I use something of the bible for the title… Actually, I have no more respect for God than His moronic game with me making use of Kate. I did visit churches before I met Kate… but after I met Kate, I felt… powerful resistance towards churches… especially Catholics. I did not know why until I read about Henry VIII.

I am much closer to God than those moronic mortals… who are happily (mis)led by a chicken archbishop and that Kong Hee Fatt Chuey…

Come, sheep… don’t you want to know how Kate looks like…? Here is her photo

Anyway…

It’s been a really boring month. No major sex scandal… No major big fuck… Totally bad news for blogging. The fortunate part is, I don’t really need that many hits. Hits are just for fun. I don’t really care who the fuck are reading.

This blog has been designed… to filter certain thinkers, to draw floods of visits at times, but not designed to be hot. Which is, I don’t scold Xiaxue or Steven Lim or even Lee Kuan Yew in big sensational manner. I have no intention to let this blog goes viral… at least not for now.

Over the years, I monitor the activities, collected data, sent out ‘weather balloons’… Recently, some ‘old friends’ called on the blog… and it’s nice to chat politics again. The policy here is pretty simple… if you ask, I’d answer. Just don’t expect free workable solutions; but you can get inspired… Just as I mentioned how I’d approach the Punggol East election fight, the idea sounds simple… but it’s not possible to implement without brains.

So it was really talk-like-no-talk.

Was delighted to discover that Inxile has come out with the first gameplay video for ‘Wasteland 2’. I am a little unsure about the game when I watched the gameplay… I was expecting more… much much more. So I scribbled on the Wasteland 2 Facebook page hoping that when the product comes it’d live up to my fucking expectations.

Because I am hoping that ‘Wasteland 3’ will be possible. If ‘Wasteland 2′ can’t perform well after the Starters’ Funding, how the fuck will ‘Wasteland 3’ be funded?

I don’t know how Cat is doing… Hopefully she has settled down.

Women… …

I am anxiously waiting for Josh’s call…

“Hi pal! I have gotten one of the best deals on Earth for you!”

Sweet…

My expectation isn’t that much. Just a simple career, 9am~5pm job, risk-free and collect money every month… have ok progression, sufficient wage for savings… But the entire fuck economy has been blown to a ridiculous stage by management, so I am not sure if this expectation is possible.

That’s why a fight is imminent. Talents must be placed in proper positions, be rewarded properly and to lead… so that those at the bottom will perform better than to pass exams better, and situation can improve. It’s simple sociology… We need the right source of influence, and Meritocracy is not the right source.

Frankly put, my tooth ache, why the fuck do I need an ass-doctor? I need a blowjob, why do I need a guy? I need to govern, why am I bringing in people who can’t even make sense? Relying on the government to deal with Andy Ongs will take forever…

You wanna be blind? Fine.

There’s the cliff, just go and jump and let somebody else takes over.

Singapore needs reforms as much as Scope needs Kate. Kate is married, but Singapore is yet finished. As long as I am around… Singapore will have hope because it’d be given a choice.

By now, our darling PM Lee will be like trying to close up the media, shake loose those government critics and try everything to cling onto power. I do not wish to disturb him. As I have announced many years back… I am not interested to dirty my hands over something that will simply go away itself. Which is, I am not his enemy. If needs be, I’d even support all those crap policies. PM Lee will do anything… he has everything… but he has forgotten one thing…

You have to respect talents.

Incapable of turning things around via good governance, any cock brains should realize PAP is going to do part-times elsewhere with all the arrows. The trick to watch PM Lee struggles is simply to focus on one word: Meritocracy. As long as he is still a fanatic towards this crap, he’s on the right track to lose more GRCs. Once he starts to look out for political talents, then the problem comes…

But… he may be running very short of time. In my humblest calculation… the simplest reform needed to handle the outcries will take a full 5 years term. And he only has one more budget in 2014 to go. But a political talent could upset the calculation of events to come… But again, PM Lee is not known to be very good in human resource management. Neither was his Dad.

Mr Lee Kuan Yew has good leadership… especially when it comes to setting rules in better times. But as he is now facing… rules dissolve when people are ‘mad’ and ‘hungry’.

After the media is… controlled further, then… it should be bringing out the hatchets on those online Indian Chiefs… If I were to be a mortal and I still have power, I can resort to more barbaric methods; what’s there to lose? So Scope sticks to his personal policy… Walk on the moderate path, stick to being a nice citizen… don’t join all those stupid protests… and hide in my tiny blog doing ‘crap analysis’ of the situation. And TS sees how friendly I am.

I am not going to curse the PM, nor his Dad… For fuck?

For now, I am a nobody. I behave like a nobody. I am not some big hot air balloons. And… I throw all the major issues to the MP… Period. They do, don’t do, I do what has to be done. No more no less.

I felt sad when I saw Mr Lee Kuan Yew’s recent photo… a fragile dying old man… who could have done a lot more to avert disasters… so that I may have a good career and happily fuck off when the war comes to Singapore. Instead, the whole place goes crazy…

If we wait another 5 years… Dr Chee would have discovered… he had been stupid because then he would have been leading hundreds or thousands of protesters instead of those few kittens as he did back then at the price of his entire wealth. That’s Meritocracy… he has a doctorate, I don’t. But I’d be the one eventually to lead Singapore out of the woods, not Chee. And Mr Lee Kuan Yew had been bombarding a stupid man who was and is really of no political threat for years… that eventually that fucker TT Durai picked up the trick and messed up himself.

Both Lees never listened.

But if I want to be the next Father of Singapore… they must be blind and deaf. Without such a decline, there won’t be such a ‘vacancy’.

I am curious how people such as Glenda Han would be thinking… if they realize their fight will be ending in nowhere. Glenda Han herself is lecturing business shits at… somewhere in Singapore. She should know vaguely about Singapore’s economic conditions. She should know WP will not be able to satisfy voters and profit-hungry businesses… What honorable crap is she fighting for? For a nice resume? To be an MP as Yaw and Li Lilian? Then…

…to fight against darling Scope’s rescue mission just to stay in power?

Yes. Sometimes I am very curious… about how the brains of these mortals work.

How about Nicole Seah the little girl…?

How about…

…Tang Liang Hong?

But currently, it’s indeed about the rise of the oppositions. Kenneth, Desmond Lim, Benjamin Pwee, Jee Say… and even that joker Kin Lian will be wanting a piece of that million pounds meat. There will be more combatants coming in… Perhaps Andy Ong and Douglas Foo and Adam Khoo and the likes… Andy Ong loves cunts and money… the reserves has billions locked up… Such sharks will not be drawn to the blood spilled?

Me…?

I have no love for money… …

From as young as before 10 years old… when I was watching Lee Kuan Yew fighting his political battles… I already knew what I want most…

Power.

And I know how to get it… despite tons of greedy bastards all fighting for it. Tang Liang Hong might have realized the difference between Scope and Yaw… Yaw was a prefect who managed the students… Me? I was a child gang leader who led kids to fight… LOL~ I was always out of troubles because I knew one basic thing…

True leadership arises in times of needs.

From my personal ‘leadership experience’, if the class was full of nice hardworking students with a good teacher in charge, no one would choose to fight. If the state is governed well with great leaders, no one will dare to fight. And when there is a fighting, you need to have an objective, then people will follow you. And it’s usually… self-interests.

Which was why I usually got voted despite not been popular in ‘multi-corners’ election fights… because I know what they were voting for, and I appealed to their mortal delights… … If they don’t vote for me, they shalt be deprived. Simple.

They didn’t have to love me. They can despise me. But when elections came, I always got voted in.

Which is… in the coming future… when I go to the grandstand… to address the moronic mortals… I will give them a simple choice. Vote for me… or let Singapore dies. You choose. And I am very efficient in showing people why my competitors are craps… …

And when I got the power, I’d deliver what those mortals want when pigs can’t… and secure power. When the dogs are fed, no one will want you to go…

Which is why…

…I will be the next Father of Singapore.

So… I am not really worried about the future, but I am more concerned when will Josh break the good news… for now. And Kate… She is like a walking time-bomb… … For a chap who can’t be bothered about the morons of this fucking world, she alone can be a tricky ‘miscalculation’.

Because I love her… so deeply.

So… it becomes a gamble. The stake shalt be Singapore’s future. And the game starts after 2016.
